Wrong Fuel in the Tank: Keep the Ignition Off
Petrol in a diesel strips the lubrication the pump and injectors rely on, and diesel in a petrol car clogs the spark plugs. Switching the ignition on can be enough to start the fuel pump circulating it.

Petrol in all three UAE grades, Super 98, Special 95 and E-Plus 91, and diesel. Tell us the make and model when you call and we confirm the grade your car needs before anyone sets off, so the right fuel goes into the tank.
Check the label inside the fuel flap, or the fuel section of the owner's manual. Cars that ask for 98 take Super 98, cars that ask for 95 take Special 95, and E-Plus 91 is only for cars whose manual allows 91. A diesel engine takes diesel only.
Most deliveries arrive in under 30 minutes, at any hour of the day or night. Share your location pin on WhatsApp or name the nearest landmark on the call, and the fuel is on its way as soon as the grade is confirmed.
