Who We Are: The Team That Answers and Comes to You
When you call, a person answers, a dispatcher sends the nearest of our 20+ mobile vans, and a trained technician fits the battery where your car stands. Customer care, dispatch and the technicians keep the line open around the clock. This page is about those people and the rules they work to.
The teamOne Phone Number, Three Jobs Done for You
Customer care answers first, at any hour: they take the make, the model and the location, and agree the price with you before anyone sets off. Dispatch sends the nearest van that already carries your battery and keeps the fleet moving around the city as calls come in. The technician is the one you meet: they test, show you the reading, fit the battery and hand over the invoice.
TrainingTechnicians Trained on the Cars Dubai Drives
Our technicians work on the vehicles you see every day: commuter saloons and delivery vans, German cars with start-stop that need an AGM or EFB battery back, and hybrids with a separate auxiliary battery. Training carries on after the first day, because every new model year brings electronics the last one did not have.
How we workFour Rules at Every Car
Your safety comes before speed: the team will not work in a live traffic lane, and the car is moved somewhere safe first. The battery is tested before it is condemned, and if the alternator or the starter is the fault, you hear that, even though a battery is the easier sale. The price agreed on the phone is the price at the car. And every job ends with an invoice recording what was found, what was fitted and the warranty, so a later claim is simple.
We Cover All Of Dubai
More than 20 mobile vans work across Dubai. For a battery call, a technician reaches you in about 25 minutes. The vans cover Al Karama, Dubai South, Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, office car parks, villa communities and highways.
