Terminal position. Mixing up L and R puts the leads on the wrong side.
A higher rank in the same case and layout fits the same tray and cables, with more starting power. A different case class or terminal side does not fit, and that is the mistake we check for before fitting.

Yes, both EFB and AGM. Sebang EFB is for small and midsize start-stop cars; Sebang AGM is for idle stop and go systems with regenerative braking. We fit the technology your car came with, or AGM in place of EFB.
Yes. SMF on the label stands for sealed maintenance-free: lead-calcium plates in a sealed case, with no water to add for the life of the battery. A yearly test, which we do free, is all the care it needs.

Every Sebang we fit carries our 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, such as plate failure or capacity falling below its rating, recorded on your invoice with the fitting date. It does not cover incorrect installation, impact damage or a battery drained flat by an electrical fault in the car.
