Season 31 opens on 14 October 2026 and runs into May 2027. The gates open at 4pm and close at midnight from Sunday to Wednesday, and at 1am from Thursday to Saturday and on public holidays.

Free parking is spread over numbered zones, and five more, P7 to P11, open at weekends, on public holidays and on busy days, about a kilometre from the Cultural Gate. Premium and VIP parking sits closest to the main entrances, the Cultural Gate and the Gate of the World.
The Global Village app shows how full each zone is and guides you back to the one you parked in. That makes it the quickest way to tell us where you are: give the zone, the nearest gate and the car's colour, then share your location from beside the car.
