New Internal Roads, Part by Part
Part 2's network came first: 12 kilometres of internal roads with parallel parking, street lighting and drainage, and two new entry and exit points on Nad Al Hamar Street.
A second programme of 32 kilometres covers parts 1, 3 and 4, with new roads and links, cycle tracks, footpaths and parking beside schools, mosques, shops and parks. Parts 3 and 4 are due to be finished in the first quarter of 2027; the streets around Kings' School in part 3 were completed in March 2026.
While that work goes on, a street can be closed or diverted, and a map search for your address may send a driver the long way round. A live location pin avoids that.
Gated Villas Get a Heads-Up at the Gate

If your gate registers visitors, let security know a battery van is coming, and keep your mobile within reach in case they ring to check. On the new internal roads of part 2, the car may be in one of the parallel bays rather than inside the plot, and the van simply parks beside it.
