Yes, a jump can start the engine, but it does not repair the battery. Capacity lost in a deep discharge does not come back. The technician tests the battery after the start and tells you whether it still holds a charge.

Island visitors leave the car at the mainland jetty their boat departs from. voco Monaco, on the Heart of Europe, sends its guests from the Al Wasl Marine Transport Station by the Tolerance Bridge. Its guests park in a paid car park off Al Wasl Road.
Give us the car park and the bay when the car is there. A car at another jetty or marina gets the same visit: tell us the place, the car park level and which car it is.

A Flat Battery After Days on an Island
A parked car keeps drawing current through standby systems such as the alarm and keyless entry, and Dubai heat speeds up self-discharge. A battery left below 12.5 volts needs recharging, and the capacity lost in a deep discharge does not come back.
The battery is tested first, because a weekend and a fortnight of standing can need different work. A battery that holds its charge after a jump takes you home. A battery that fails the test is swapped there and then, and the old one is taken away for recycling.
