Ticketless Car Parks Mean No Barrier for the Van
Our technician drives straight down to your level. Visitor parking across Gate District, Gate Village, Gate Avenue and Innovation One has been barrier-free and ticketless since 1 January 2026, with payment taken automatically through Salik and the first hour free.

Start-stop cars
An AGM Car Gets an AGM Battery Back
We replace a start-stop battery like for like. If the engine cuts out at the lights and restarts on its own, the car has start-stop: basic systems usually run on an EFB battery, while premium cars with advanced start-stop or brake energy recovery commonly use AGM.
Going from AGM down to EFB is not recommended. Your old battery's label gives its type, size and terminal layout, and the replacement is matched to that rather than to whatever happens to fit the tray.

Only twice: to hand over the key at the start, and at the end, when the engine is started on the new battery and checked. In between you can go back up to the office; keep your phone on in case the technician needs you.
Yes. The line is staffed round the clock, weekends included. Some DIFC valet desks run around the clock and others close in the evening or early morning, so if yours keeps shorter hours, collect the key before it shuts.
A battery near the end of its life can manage one start and fail the next. The test tells a worn-out battery from one that is only run down and needs charging, so you know which it is before paying for anything.
A new battery costs from AED 175, fitting included, and a start-stop car's figure depends on the EFB or AGM battery it takes. The exact figure is yours before the call ends, the visit itself is free, and each new battery carries a 1 year warranty.
