A Mall Car Park With No Ticket to Lose
We fit the new battery in your mall bay, so the car never has to be towed out. The Fashion, Grand and Cinema zones have had no barriers and no tickets since 1 July 2024: cameras read the number plate, and once the free period ends, four hours on weekdays and six at weekends, the fee comes off the car's Salik account.
There is no ticket to go missing, but the time keeps counting while a dead car sits in its bay. Ring while you are still at the mall rather than leaving the car overnight and coming back for it.

Test the Battery Before the Roads Round Burj Khalifa Close
Book a test while the roads are open if the car has been slow to turn over before a big night. On the New Year's Eve that opened 2026, closures around the event areas began at 4pm and widened until 11pm, taking in Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, Burj Khalifa Street, Al Asayel Street, the Lower and Upper Financial Centre Roads and Sheikh Zayed Road.
Once a closure is in place, no van can reach a car park behind it, however near. A battery tested in the afternoon gets you home after the fireworks; one left until midnight may have to wait for the roads to reopen.

In the Fashion, Grand and Cinema zones, yes. The plate is read when the car finally leaves, and time beyond the free hours comes off your Salik account. Calling while you are still in the mall keeps that time as short as it can be, because the battery is fitted in the bay.
Usually. The bonnet has to lift all the way and the technician needs elbow room ahead of the bumper, so say on the call if the bay is hard against a wall or pillar. On some models the battery sits behind a boot panel or under a seat; the model tells us which end needs space.
Only inside the closures. The phone is answered on New Year's Eve like any other night, but no van can pass the road closures around Burj Khalifa, which for the 2026 celebrations began at 4pm. If your car is inside that area, have a weak battery seen to earlier in the day.
Prices open at AED 175 for a fitted battery, and yours follows the size and technology your car needs: standard, EFB or AGM. The figure is quoted while you are ringing from the mall or the lobby, and nothing is added at the car. We cart the spent battery off to a recycler.
