Murjan, The Beach or the Valet
Besides your own building's car park, JBR has three paid ways to park. We work in all of them; here is what to send us for each.
Murjan car park
The entrance is in the Murjan cluster, at the eastern end of JBR. Send the level, the bay number and the nearest lift or stairwell.
The Beach car park
Beneath the cinema at The Beach, and ticketless: the barrier reads your number plate. Meet the technician at the lift lobby you walked up from.
Valet along The Walk
Ask the valet where the car has been parked, and have the valet hand you the key; without it the technician can neither test the battery nor start the engine.
Your own building
The cluster, tower, level and bay, and whether the barrier opens with a card.
Beachfront Questions, Answered
Yes. That car park is beneath the cinema at The Beach and works without tickets, reading number plates at the barrier. Give us the level and the nearest lift lobby, and wait near the car, key in hand, if you can.
Meet the technician at the barrier with your card, or ask building security to expect a battery call-out and tell them the bay. Once through, all of the work is done at the car and nothing needs to leave the car park.
Yes. The Walk is open around the clock and so is our phone line, every day of the week. At night the car park level and bay number matter even more, because there are fewer people about to point the way.
No. What you drive and its year are enough. The technician reads the size, the terminal layout and the cold-cranking rating off the old battery's label and fits a replacement that matches it.
Yes. The technician carries it off once the replacement is fitted and the engine has started, and it goes for recycling, so nothing is left in the bay or with building security.
A Free Test Before the Summer Finds the Weak Battery
