Directions That Bring the Van to the Right Lake
JLT runs along Sheikh Zayed Road, with the DMCC and Sobha Realty metro stations on its edge and a tram stop of its own. The middle of the district is water: Lake Almas West, Lake Almas East and JLT Lake, with Almas Tower on its own island between the first two.

The bay's. The technician goes to the car, so give the cluster, level and bay number where it is actually parked, plus the tower name if you know it. Your home address only matters if a key has to be collected from you first.
Yes. An open lot is one of the easier places to work, because the van can often stop close by. Keep the parking paid while the car is there; the job is done in the bay and the car does not need to move.
Someone with the key needs to be there. The battery is checked, the price is agreed with you, and only then is the new one fitted and the car started on it. A neighbour or colleague holding the key can take your place.
Name the metro station you are nearer, DMCC or Sobha Realty, and the lake your tower looks over. Almas Tower is a useful reference if you can see it from where you are standing, and a location pin usually settles the rest.
