Basements, Podium Decks and Visitor Bays
We fit batteries on every level of a Marina tower car park. Before the technician arrives, send the level and how the car park is entered: if your bays sit behind a barrier or a card reader, warn security we are on the way, or meet at the ramp with your card.
A car parked nose-in against a wall, with no room to lift the bonnet fully, is worth mentioning on the call, so the job can be planned around it.

No. The work happens under the bonnet of the parked car, not beside the van, so the height of the car park does not matter. What matters is clear space ahead of the bumper, enough to raise the bonnet fully and stand at the engine.
The level, the nearest lift lobby or entrance and the bay number, plus what the car is. A location pin helps, although indoors it may only place you at the mall, so the level and bay are what the technician will follow.
You do, on the call, before anyone drives out. The valet only needs to show the technician where the car is and hand over the key; testing comes before anything is fitted, and the agreed price holds at the car.
