Jetour UAE sells the T1, the T1 i-DM, the T2, the seven-seat T2 and the T2 i-DM. On all five, our work is the 12-volt battery: we check it in place, and a new one goes in only after the old one fails that test.
The i-DM plug-in hybrids add a LiFePO4 traction battery, 26.7 kWh on the T1 i-DM and 43.24 kWh on the T2 i-DM in the 2027 UAE brochures. That pack is high-voltage equipment and stays untouched on our visits.

Desert Camps, 12-Volt Sockets and Start-Stop
The 2027 T2 Luxury Plus brochure lists a front 12-volt socket, a 180W 12-volt port in the boot and a 220V supply in the boot, and Idle Start Stop is standard on the petrol T1 and T2. A cool box or lamp left running at camp with the engine off can leave the battery low by morning, and short city runs during the week may not refill it.
A low battery is not always a finished one. Testing separates a battery that is merely drained from one too worn to hold charge, which is how we decide whether a Jetour T battery replacement is needed at all.

It can, when it runs from the 12-volt battery while the engine is off. A cool box or lamps left on through a night at camp may leave too little charge to start the car in the morning. Tell us what is connected when you call, and the battery test is read with that load in mind.
Each car is matched on its own rather than assumed from its sibling. The label on your fitted battery sets the size, type, terminal side and cranking rating the replacement must meet, and a clear photo of that label when you book lets the technician bring the right battery on the first visit.
Our visit covers the 12-volt battery only. Jetour's 2027 UAE brochures list the i-DM traction battery as a LiFePO4 pack, 26.7 kWh on the T1 i-DM and 43.24 kWh on the T2 i-DM. That is high-voltage equipment, so we leave it untouched and test and replace the 12-volt battery beside it.
Late returns are fine: we are on call 24/7. The technician comes to the villa driveway, the building car park or wherever the car has stopped in Dubai, tests the battery free and fits a matched one only if the old battery has failed.
