The first Ghost, built from December 2009, shows two 12V batteries in its boot, and the Ghost from July 2020 marks batteries in the luggage compartment plus one by the engine-bay bulkhead. Each is tested separately, and only a battery that fails is replaced, matched to its own label.
By reading the battery the car already has. Its label gives the capacity, size and technology, and the replacement matches all three. A photo of that label and the model year, sent when you book, means the matching battery is already on the van rather than collected after the test.
No. A test comes before any sale. If a Phantom or Wraith has simply run flat after standing and its battery passes the test, it is left in place and we explain what the reading showed. A replacement is fitted only when the battery has actually failed.
