Start-Stop Jetours and the Right Battery Type
Jetour UAE's brochure for the petrol T2 lists an Idle Start Stop System. On a car that shuts its engine down at every stop, a Jetour battery replacement has to match the technology printed on the fitted battery, so the label is read before a price is given rather than the nearest size being fitted.
If the old battery passes its test, it stays in, and we tell you what the test showed so the real cause can be traced.

No. The lithium iron phosphate packs in the i-DM models and the G700 are high-voltage parts, and we do not open or service them. Our visit covers the 12-volt battery: we test it where the car is parked and, if it has failed, fit a replacement matched to its label.
Never assume it. Each Jetour is matched from the label on its own battery, which gives the technology, the size, the side of the positive post and the cold cranking figure. Send a picture of that label when you message us, and we confirm the replacement and its price before the van leaves.
